If planning isn't your thing, we'll be there for you every step of the way.  This is for the bride or host who wants the whole package, from start to finish.  We offer full or partial planning packages. 

Includes:

  • Initial consultation

  • Assistance with theme, color scheme, and event design ideas

  • Budget analysis

  • Assistance with vendor comparisons, negotiations, and selections

  • Assistance selecting invitations, catering, and other details of your event

  • Assistance with travel accommodations

  • RSVP management

  • Curation of welcome bags for out-of-town guests, including an exclusive Huntsville welcome guide

  • Unlimited e-mail communication

  • Creation of checklists, timelines, and itineraries

  • Complete coordination during the event

  • Supervision of set-up and break-down

This service is designed for clients who need help with event design elements only. 

Includes:

  • Initial consultation to discuss details

  • Creation of an event design for you (e.g. colors, linens, florals, decor, details, etc.)

  • Staging of furniture and complete design set up

  • Decorating for the event, setting up the day of, and cleaning up after the event.

This service is for those who need help getting started with their event. 

Includes:

  • One phone or e-mail interview to get the basics of your event

  • One consultation meeting

  • Suggestion document regarding themes, color schemes, ideas, vendors, and an event checklist so you can follow through with your event

If you've already done the planning, but just need someone to come in to execute the plan for you, we offer month-of coordination.

Includes:

  • 1-2 pre-event meetings to go over event details and timeline

  • Finalization of timeline

  • Vendor contact

  • Final venue walk through

  • Coordination of entire event (for weddings, this includes rehearsal, wedding, and reception)

  • Supervision of set-up and break-down of event
